More information about each button / section on this screen:
||Set up a new report by providing some basic details.
You will require a Name, Type and the ID of the Power BI report.
If you do not tick the "Share with All" option, the report can only be seen by you.
After the report has been created you can click on the share icon,
to update who the report is shared with.
||Looks for any updates to information displayed on the page.|

|Restore a report that was previously removed.
A pop up window will display a list of any reports available to add:
Use the green plus icon to add a report back to your list.
Use the red minus icon to delete a report.
As this is permanent, you will be asked to confirm this action:

The Name is mandatory but the Description is optional.
When creating new reports, or configuring an existing report,
you will then be able to group the reports based on the current list:

|Note: This bar will only be displayed if you are set as the report admin from the report approval setup button.
The next reporting date will display in a green bar for information:
On the right hand side a Change Date button will display a pop up asking you to set the next date the reports are due.
| The arrow icons make the menu down the left hand side of the page invisible to maximise the space available to display the reports.
When you use the button again the menu will reappear.
| Use the X to close the page (the main screen will show blank).
Choose a sub-menu from the left hand side to load a page.
More information about each row in the BI Reports list:
|Name||Name of the report.|
||Additional text will only display if the report has a description entered, this is an optional field. Descriptions can be updated via the cog icon to configure.|
The green tick lets you know the report has been updated and sent for approval. The stopwatch icon lets you know the updates are pending.
Click on the number to open a pop up with more details:
||Takes you to the General Information tab, where you can also access the Share and Approvals tabs.
The General Information tab allows you to update the Name, BI Report ID, Report Owner, Icon, Description, Group or Building Mode setting.
||Takes you to the Share tab, allowing you to update who the report is shared with (everyone or selected users)|

Shows a pop up to add a comment:
The comment will then be visible from the actual report:
The report will be removed from your BI Reports list view.
Note: The report can still be restored using "Add Existing",
unless it has been permanently deleted.
||Click on the icon to view the name of the person
who originally created the report and the date it was created.

Double Click on a report to see the details.
