The General Information tab will show when you create a new report or if you click on the cog icon to edit an existing report:
Icons along the top of the screen:
Back Arrow |
At the top left of the screen, this takes you to the Reports List screen. |
Expand Screen |
The arrow icons make the menu down the left hand side of the page invisible to maximise the space available to display the details. When you use the button again the menu will reappear. |
Close Window |
Use the X to close the page (the main screen will show blank). Choose a sub-menu from the left hand side to load a page. |
Save |
Save any changes made to the General Information screen. *Only visible when editing an existing report via the cog icon. |
Cancel |
Cancel any unsaved changes made to the General Information screen. *Only visible when editing an existing report via the cog icon. |
Refresh |
Looks for any updates to information displayed on the page. *Only visible when looking at an existing report via the cog icon. |
Details section:
Note: If you clicked on the cog icon to get to this screen, you will need to double click in a field to edit.
The Name, Design (column layout) and Image are mandatory.
The Group (category) and Description are optional fields.
(The drop down option for Groups is configured from the Reports List screen)
Send the Report Periodically section:
The details for this section will only appear once the checkbox is ticked.
Set how frequently you would like the report to be sent.
You can view the dates the next few reports would be due to make sure the settings are correct.
Set the date the reports should start from and if the format should be PDF, Doc or Excel.
The report will be sent to users from the Share tab.
