The Companies tab shows the Company and CEO name, along with the total number of Pending Objectives, Pending Approvals, Objectives, Actions, Initiatives, Risks and Issues. 
Pending Objectives
A Pending Objective is where the Actual Results for the KPI target have not been entered into Untap for the previous period.
Note: This will only apply to Objectives that have been shared with the Portfolio.
You can check which Objectives have been shared by looking at the Portfolio > Investment Status > KPIs tab.
Click on the number to display the details for a company:
From the 'Objectives need updating' window, click on the Bell icon to send a reminder email for this company only. 
If you want to send reminder emails to all companies click on the Bell icon from the main Companies tab view.
Pending Approval
Pending Approvals will be show in this list when the approvals process has been configured and the actual results for an Objective's KPI target for the previous period have been entered on to to the system but still show as pending.
Note: This number will always show 0 if KPI Approvals are not being used.

Click on the number to display the details for a company:
From the 'KPIs pending approval' window, click on the Bell icon to send a reminder email for this company only. 
If you want to send reminder emails to all companies click on the Bell icon from the main Companies tab view.
Next to the reminder options, you can Refresh this view to update the information displayed on this page.
Or if you select a single company from the list and the Delete button will become available.
This will bring up a confirmation box:
