Funds - Assets

More information about each button on this screen:

Back Arrow	This will take you to the Funds List screen.
Refresh	Looks for any updates to information displayed on the page.
Close Window	Use the X to close the page (the main screen will show blank).  Choose a sub-menu from the left hand side to load a page.
Padlock	The Padlock icon indicates a field is 'locked' and can not be edited. Typically when a field has information being calculated by Untap.

More information about each column on this screen:

Name	Name of the Asset.  Companies will appear in this list when an investment has been logged on the Cashflow tab.
Investment	Calculated by Untap - Investments will be included in this total when an Equity Investment entry has been added to the Cashflow tab.
Status	Confirms if this investment is currently Active.
Current Valuation	Calculated by Untap - The Current EV (as seen on the Portfolio Summary Screen) less the Current Value of any loan notes for this asset (as seen on the Loans tab).
Participation	Reflects the ownership of shares for an Asset (Company). Double click to edit the Participation % and add a comment.
Multiple	Calculated by Untap- provides insight into the fund's performance by showing the fund's total value as a multiple of its cost basis.
IRR	Calculated by Untap - provides the estimated percentage return from the investment. Note: This calculation uses the equity investment amounts and loan information (if applicable).
