Summary Boxes:
IRR Net / Gross - Calculated by Untap to provide the estimated percentage return from the investment.
The Gross calculation uses the equity investment amounts but the Net calculation uses equity investment, expenses and loan information.
Invested % = Invested So Far / Committed Value from the Funds List screen.
Double click on IRR Net or IRR Gross percentages to see a list of the Cashflow entries which contribute to this calculation.
Fund Information:
Double click into any of the fund information fields to edit.
This allows you to update the Fund Name, Date Closed, Investment Focus or Notes.
Monetary Values:
Double click into any of the monetary value fields to edit.
This allows you to update the Committed Value, Projected Expenses, Expected Carry or Preferred Rate of Return values.
