This will open a pop up window. Step 1 allows you to enter the Fund Name and Date Closed. Clicking on Step 2 allows you enter more details about the financials: Clicking on Step 3 has free text fields to hold additional information: |

View details for the selected fund. Takes you to the Fund Summary. (Note: Will appear greyed out if no funds have been selected) |
Refresh |
Looks for any updates to information displayed on the page. |
Close Window |
Use the X to close the page(the main screen will show blank). Choose a sub-menu from the left hand side to load a page. |
Padlock |
The Padlock icon indicates a field is 'locked' and can not be edited. Typically when a field has information being calculated by Untap. |

Fund Name |
Name of the Fund. Double click into cell to edit. |
Date Closed |
The date investors committed to provide capital to this fund. Double click into cell to edit. |
Committed Value |
The amount of money investors have agreed to contribute to the fund. Double click into cell to edit. |
Invested So Far |
Calculated by Untap - Combined total for all Assets (Companies) of any Equity Investment entries + Current Value of Loans |
Dry Powder |
Calculated by Untap - Showing the amount of committed, but unallocated capital waiting to be invested (does not include unspent projected expenses). |
Management Fees |
Total of Management Fees. Fees will be included in this total when an Expense entry with the type of Management Fee has been added to the Cashflow tab. |
No. of Assets |
Total of Assets (Companies) this fund has invested in. Assets will be included in this total when an Equity Investment entry has been added to the Cashflow tab. |
IRR Net / Gross |
Calculated by Untap to provide the estimated percentage return from the investment. The Gross calculation uses the equity investment amounts but the Net calculation uses equity investment, expenses and loan information. |
