The KPI List view is where users configure and manage their Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). After adding a KPI, users can enter essential details, set target values, and track actual performance. This section provides a clear and organized interface to ensure efficient KPI management.

Add New KPI |
Allows you to add a new KPI to the list. |
Refresh |
Looks for any updates to information displayed on the page. |
Export |
Gives you the option to export the list in Excel format. Example of Excel export file: |
Filter by
|
Allow users to locate specific KPIs based on multiple criteria.

Financial Year |
Change the drop down to view details for a specific year. The system will show the Current year as the default. |
Move Up/Down |
After selecting the desired KPIs, this can be moved up or down in the list. |
Bulk Actions |
Allows you to perform actions on multiple selected KPIs at once. Find more information here. |
Timeline |
Displays a timeline on the most recent changes/updates done on the KPI-List. |
Close Window |
Use the X to close the page (the main screen will show blank). Choose a sub-menu from the left hand side to load a page. |
Expand
|
The arrow icons make the menu down the left hand side of the page invisible to maximise the space available to display the details. When you use the button again the menu will reappear. |
Customizing Your KPI List View
Adjust your KPI list view by adding or removing columns based on what you want to see. This feature allows you to display the most relevant information for your needs.

Open Column Menu:
- Click the arrow icon next to the column headers.

Select Columns:
- Check or uncheck the boxes to add or remove columns.

View Updates:
- The list will automatically update with your selections.
