The Update KPI button will show on the top right of the Objective List screen:
(If this button is not visible, it can be enabled from Company > Admin > Preferences - Enable Update KPI)
Once you click on the Update KPI button you will be able to select the Flash Updates tab:
||At the top left of the screen, this takes you to the previous screen viewed.|

||The arrow icons make the menu down the left hand side of the page invisible
to maximise the space available to display the details.
When you use the button again the menu will reappear.
||Use the X to close the page (the main screen will show blank).
Choose a sub-menu from the left hand side to load a page.
||Looks for any updates to information displayed on the page.|
The + Add button will add a new row to the bottom of the table.
||The Remove button will show greyed out until at least one Objective has been selected in the table (where the row is highlighted yellow).
|| The Up and Down buttons will show greyed out until a single Objective has been selected in the table (where the row is highlighted yellow).
The buttons allow you to change the order Objectives
are displayed in the Flash Updates view.
||Export the Flash Updates view to an Excel file.
|Change the drop down to view details for a specific year.
The system will show the Current year as the default.
This will change the weeks of the year displayed.
|Quick Search allows you to filter the view by searching for an Objective Name.
You can also use the drop down to filter by Tags
(if Tags are being used by your Company)
