From Company > Meetings List you can view Details for a meeting by clicking on the name.

The arrow icons make the menu down the left hand side of the page invisible to maximise the space available to display the details. When you use the button again the menu will reappear. |

Use the X to close the page (the main screen will show blank). Choose a sub-menu from the left hand side to load a page. |
Financial Year![]() |
Change the drop down to view details for a specific year. The system will show the Current year as the default. |

For example the Execution Status will give a breakdown of the actions and %s.

Edit a Meeting
To edit a meeting, either click on the Date & Time or select the 3 spots and click to Edit.
A pop up window will then display:

Clicking on the box will show a list of actions where the status is done and no further work is needed. |
Start / End Time |
Date and Time for the meeting. |
Location | Details of where the meeting will take place. |
Agenda | The Agenda section allows for options such as URLs, Icons (Traffic Light / Thumbs) and Tables. ![]() Just below this you will have the option to email the Agenda to the meeting participants: ![]() |
Minutes | Once the meeting has taken place, the meeting can be edited so you can update the minutes section:![]() Just below this you will have the option to email the Minutes to the meeting participants: ![]() |
Documents | This section will allow you to add, view, delete or replace a document with a newer version. ![]() The Add Document button allows you to select a file and add a comment / description. ![]() The Delete button on the top will only become available if a single document is selected. The Actions column has two icons: - The green arrow allows you to update the version. - The red icon allows you to delete the document in this row. |
Actions | This section will show any Actions linked to this meeting.![]() On the top right you can use the + button to add Actions. ![]() |

Filter | To find specific Actions in this list you can filter the view by clicking on the funnel icon: ![]() |
Add Action | To create a new Action click on the green + icon. A pop up window will ask you to enter some basic details: ![]() |
Additional Options | Click on the 3 spots to get additional options for an Action:![]() For example, you could view the details of the Objective or Edit the action to change the start / end dates. |
