On the KPIs tab, you can review the Objectives, Targets and Actual Results.

Expand Screen |
The arrow icons make the menu down the left hand side of the page invisible to maximise the space available to display the details. When you use the button again the menu will reappear. |
Close Window |
Use the X to close the page (the main screen will show blank). Choose a sub-menu from the left hand side to load a page. |
Refresh |
Looks for any updates to information displayed on the page. |
View |
This button will only become available when a single Objective from the list has been selected (The tick box on the left hand side is checked and the row shows highlighted yellow). The View button takes you to the Objective Details screen. |
Export |
Gives you the option to export the list in Excel format. You can select to see the Actual Value Grouped or for Each Period. |
Financial Year |
Change the drop down to view details for a specific year. The system will show the Current year as the default. This will change the date periods shown along with the Target and Actual values. |
Quick Search |
Use this box to search by Objective Name. Click the X on the right to clear the search and view all Objectives again. Use the drop down option if you wish to filter the list by Tags. |

If a comment was added with the Actual Result value this will be visible with the grey paper icon. Click to reveal a pop up window showing the notes. |
What does it mean if my KPI List shows no Objectives?
Not all Objectives being used by the Company will be relevant to Portfolio users, so the Objectives which apply must be added to the KPI List show in this view.
To add Objectives to this view, go to Company > Objectives and click the Update KPI button.
Click on the + Add button and select Objectives (remember the KPI Tracker must be published first).
Why are some of the Target / Actual columns greyed out?
Values will only be shown where applicable, so cells will be greyed out when they do not apply.
This could be because the Objective does not have any Targets configured for the selected Financial Year, or if the KPI Tracker Frequency is set to be Quarterly etc.
What does it mean if an Objective shows "N/A" under the Result column?
The KPI List will show all Objectives shared with the Portfolio but some may not apply to the Financial Year selected from the drop down. Change the drop down to a different year and the Objective's Target / Actual / Result values will be updated as applicable.
