Expand Screen |
The arrow icons make the menu down the left hand side of the page invisible to maximise the space available to display the details. When you use the button again the menu will reappear. |
Close Window |
Use the X to close the page (the main screen will show blank). Choose a sub-menu from the left hand side to load a page. |
View |
Takes you to view General Information for a user. (This will also happen if you double click on a user) |
Refresh |
Looks for any updates to information displayed on the page. |
Activate |
This button will only be available if an Inactive user has been selected. (Check the Display drop down on the top right). If you select an Inactive user (where the row highlights yellow), you will then have the option to make the user Active again. |
Deactivate |
This button will only be available if an Active user has been selected. (Check the Display drop down on the top right). If you select an Active user (where the row highlights yellow), you will have the option to make the user Inactive. |
Filter |
Allows you to filter the Company Users list by Name, Alias or Access Level (Profile). |
Export |
Gives you the option to export the list in CSV, PDF or Excel format. |
Display |
Use the drop down to change the view to show Active, Inactive or All of the Company Users. |
