Icons along the top of the screen:
|Note: The orange Performance Plans button on the top right will only
show if your company have enabled Performance Plans.
Before you click the button, check the financial year selected
from the drop down is the year you wish to view.
A pop up will show the result of Objectives included on the plan already ,
allow you to view the Objective Details, or add / remove Objectives.
||The arrow icons make the menu down the left hand side of the page
invisible to maximise the space available to display the details.
When you use the button again the menu will reappear.
||Use the X to close the page (the main screen will show blank).
Choose a sub-menu from the left hand side to load a page.
|+ New||If you click + New to create a new user you will need to fill in some basic details:
Shortly after clicking OK, the user will receive an email from Untap
to set up the password for their account.
|Refresh||Looks for any updates to information displayed on the page.|
|Delete|| Note: If someone has left the company and will no longer be using Untap,
please deactivate the account instead via
Company > Admin > Company Users.
Do not delete users who have worked on any Actions etc
as the Progress will be lost.
Click on the row for a user (the row will show a dark grey).
The Delete button will then become available.
You will be asked to confirm to go ahead with this action.
||Search by the User's Name or Position.
Note: For Team Members where a Position (Job Title) has not been entered
in to Untap, the search will be by Access Level (Profile) instead.
||Change the drop down to view details for a specific year.
The system will show the Current year as the default.
For each Team Member:
Click on the Team Member Name to view further details via the Overview tab.
