 Value Creation Plan
|
- One Value Creation Plan will exist per Company but this will be split up by Financial Year
- The plan is a graphical overview of goals, objectives and actions, mapping out exactly how value will be created

 Value Driver
|
- Top level goals within the Company
- Measured (Targets set with Number, Percentage or Monetary value)
- Value Drivers will have at least one Action (Mandatory) but can also have Objectives (Optional)

 Objective
|
- An Objective is an Outcome you aim to achieve
- Contain Actions which need to be updated
- Measured (Targets set with Number, Percentage or Monetary value)
- Objectives linked to Value Drivers are Operational Objectives, if linked to Existing Objectives they are Supporting Objectives

“Achieve new sales to existing customers of £250,000”

 Initiative
|
- Like an Objective but not measured with KPIs
- Contain Actions which need to be updated
- Useful for grouping actions to be carried out by different people
- A Value Driver / Objective will change to show as an Initiative if the KPI Tracker is not being used.

 Action
|
- Lowest level object in a Value Creation Plan.
- Need to be assigned to a team member so they can be updated
- At least one Action is required per Value Driver / Objective or Initiative

 Execution Status
|
- Shown as the S curve with a percentage
- Completing, removing or updating the % for an Action will affect the Execution Status (Progress).
- If the Execution Status shows on the top left of the screen you can click to see a detailed breakdown of the Actions which contribute to the Progress.

 Overview Result Status
|
- Only shown on top left of My Space
- Shows the average results for Objectives where you are the owner (Not visible if you do not have Objectives assigned to you).

 Objective Result Status
|
- Applied to Value Drivers or Objectives once Results Tracker configured
- KPI Measure - Based on the Results entered against the Target set when created.
- If the Result Status shows on the top left of the screen you can click to see a detailed breakdown.

 Company Result Status
|
- Configured to track the value of the strategy in the Value Creation Plan (VCP)
- Uses selected Objectives and a weighting to calculate the result status of the VCP.

|
- The person responsible for a Value Driver, Objective, Initiative or Action, including updating the Results

Valuation Formula
|
- A formula used to calculate an estimation of the value of a company / asset.
- This formula is configured per company as the valuation uses different objectives specific to each asset.
