The Risk/Issues section allows users to effectively manage and track potential risks and issues. This feature provides a clear categorization of risks and issues, detailed entries including owner, impact, probability, and the number of KPIs impacted. It also supports action tracking and tagging for better organization.

Overview of Risk/Issues List
The Risk/Issues List is divided into two main tabs:
- Risks
- Issues
Each tab displays a list of risks or issues with detailed information including the name, owner, value impact, probability (for risks), KPIs impacted, actions, and tags.
More information about each button / section on this screen:
Add
|
Add a new Risk or Issue. |
Edit
|
After selecting a Risk or Issue, the edit button becomes available and it allows the user to edit details of the selected Risk or Issue. |
Refresh
|
Updates the list to reflect the most current changes. |
Delete
|
Removes the selected risk or issue from the list. |
Export
|

Tag/Untag
|
Allows users to apply or remove tags from the selected risks or issues for better categorization. |
Quick Search |
Enables you to quickly find specific risks or issues based on keywords. |
Expand/Minimize
|
Expands/Minimized the Risk/Issues List to a full-screen view for better visibility. |
Close Window
|
Use the X to close the page (the main screen will show blank). Choose a sub-menu from the left hand side to load a page. |
